it;s not really bad quality on the head, the color scheme is more one toned

Yeah, whenever it comes to manga the head has less details and is rather simplistic. (atleast in the style i used to for this piece )
if you use too much details you will kill it so I kept it as simplistic as possible on purpose.

Her nose was done in a shounen kind of style with a bit of reality added to it.
and the lower fat is completely normal if you see it from this angle, as I mentioned in the WIP thread i looked up alot of references and did some study's while making this to make sure it's correct ^^
