2) Is Cyborg R.A.T.Z 7 5600 DPI a good gunz mouse? Or Corsair Vengence M90 MMO 5700 DPI ?
3) Is Black Widdow Ultimate worth it for gunz? Does it last long?

For #2 any mouse with a 5600 dpi shouldnt have any problems, dunno why you would need a 100 more dpi

1. I'd rather get a 660 Ti, but the 650 is at least significantly better than the 520.

3. I don't really know for sure but my Razer Lycosa is still doing pretty good after 3-4 years

1. I need specs for both to answer.
2. Cyborgs are heavy and the customization for it meh for GunZ. I run Razer (you already know). DeathAdder is a really good mouse and it's cheaper than the Ratz 7.
3. I have Arctosa and BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 stealth edition. It will last you long but for GunZ it doesn't really matter.

Mouse just needs to be be of proper quality and feel good on your hand for gunz. all this super precision or higher dpi isn't really goin to help you.
I'd assume your current videocard is capable of producing 250fps. theres no need to upgrade for gunz related reasons.
keyboard I would suggest you check if it has unlimited keystrokes for gunz. certain keyboards only allow a certain amount of keys to be pressed at the same time or very quickly after each other resulting in certain k-style movements not possible. I believe USB is limited to 6 keystrokes regardless of the keyboard so you might want to plug it in the keyboard slot.

If 300 is your average in gunz you don't need to upgrade your graphics card unless you want to play other games at higher specs too.
