Anyone got any tips/tricks for fast leveling?

Also, i just recently started a monk (level45)
What build should i be leaning towards?

Monk, don't really play monk but I read some where you are going to need to spec into a more defensive build, and grab a shit ton of resistance stacking armor to go through insane.

Leveling tips, get a friend to run you through on MP 10 Hell (insanely easy).

You'll get so much experience.
