[Help - Launcher] "fail to initialize DirectX"

For some reason I cannot get past this. I've tried deleting config.xml and reinstalling fgunz, updating DirectX, and also installing vcredist_x86 + vcredist_x64. Still got nothing. :/

Also try to update the drivers of your GPU / graphics card and tell me which GPU / graphics card you have.

I did that as well :S I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 530.
