So I get this random fps lag out of nowhere and it looks like my character is blinking with every movement. I've updated my direct x and graphics card to its current update.
Comp Specs:
AMD Phenom dual core
3.0 ghz
4 gb ram ATI Mobility radeon HD 4250
I was hoping someone could help me stop this lag cause its annoying. Thanks
