[Help - Other] Audio problems.

Lately I've been having these weird audio problems. Whenever I plug my earphones in, the audio starts to be fcked.
When I plug my earphones in, it's like, half sound coming through my earphones, half from my computer. So let's say I'm on Skype, the sound would be coming from my earphones, but then I decide to watch youtube while on skype, youtube will come through my computer. It's fcking annoying, please help.
Note: If you know nothing about Computers/Audio settings, don't bother to comment to try and look like you know shit.

I had that before, my hedset fked up and when I open'd skype the skype noise would be out loud on speaker and other stuff would be in my headset, It stopped now so I don't know what to do, sorry..
