It's really not that difficult to make things the way they used to be.
All you have to do to get back things to normal are:
Demote Miranda completely.
Remove all devs forum moderator status
Promote some people that can actually do something useful.

as someone stated above, we'll begin by demoting miranda
then we'll follow up on that by grading every single staff member to see if they are actually worthy of the position, call it an assessment.
Then, we will do what everyone has wanted to do for years, nerf the ****ing gay ass meds
Then we'll have a serious series of applications to replace the previous staff members
ban praa (oh wait thats done.)
and we'll be good.

OT: Sad to see you guys leaving this way, but I wouldn't stay any longer if I were a FM/GM either, especially when they accepted the wrong people as Trial GM. Things are getting biased. Dave wasn't this way before.. Dave has to step down from Miranda and do his job.
Like Rash said, something has to be changed for the staff team, Firing people who don't fit as staff team anymore, is Dave man enough to do that and fix all these issues?
