This community used to be like a big happy family. We'd get along with issues in a mature manner not like today. But now, there is some uneducated, power hungry, immature staff/people that I won't name out. I don't want to have to friend a staff member to get a job done and be treated appropriately.

Don't think you're in any position to call staff members "uneducated", "power hungry" or "immature".

As far as I can recall, you constantly applied to be a member of staff and every time you were declined you ended up ragequitting on the community.

Now, considering you applied for a spot on the GM team, I don't think it's fair of you to throw words like that at the staff team. Seems fairly hypocritical.

By making constant goodbye threads after being declined a position, motives such as "obviously power hungry", "you were only in the community to get to a point where you were staff", "by leaving, you showed that you didn't really care for the community but just the authority that you could have potentially gained" appeared.
