Because of the all of the commotions, shouldn't the community have a say about each Staff member?

There is no community without the people.

There should be some non-valid survey on all the Staff members(ALL) and Dave/McSic should evaluate on how the Staff is doing from the community point of view.

Just like in the real world, many colleges ask you to fill out a survey about the professor that you studied under for a semester and evaluate how they did or not.

Wouldn't Dave and McSic actually wonder how the community thinks about each Staff member and how they do their job from the outside perspective?

This would also be beneficial for the staff members where if they have flaws, they can fix it up and actually help out the community members.

Because it's obvious that their developers are doing shitty at moderating and quite honestly, I doubt Dave and McSic give two shits on our opinions, considering they allow them to ban us for giving them out without any punishment toward them afterwards.

Regarding those that like to question our decisions:
Sure you can do so. And you can make threads.
But when it gets to actual hate and insults or personal attacks, you'll be punished according to our rules stated in the ToS.f

How do you know how well you're treating the community?
As staff, don't you want to become a better Staff and improve?
If you take the "surveys" to consideration, then it would help become a better person and use for the community.
It's not trying to put the staff members down. It's for improvement.
