Remove it , people get the exp to fast then and its also not fair for the ppl that are lvl 99 and get points for it. Without just to keep it legit and fair.

You do x3 dmg but NPCs also do.
Quests are easier for those who actually can dodge most of the attacks;
School quest is ultra fast now.
I voted no. I'd rather see quest exp rates lowered.
