While the sharpness is a bit too much, overall it looks good, it gives focus to the render even though it just needs a tiny bit of blending in the edges.

Like KLF said, need a focus point, and also maybe blur around it abit to remove all that sharpness. After that, you just need text to compliment the signature itself. Of course there are afew more things you could do to make it better, those are just the first couple that popped in my mind. And also, I'd personally add a border simply since that's how I like making signatures, but it's all upto the creator, not the critic. Overall as it is I'd give it 6/10.
