I don't think you get it. Staff are suppose to be different from members, which is why they got chosen to be staff. They're suppose to stay professional all the time, take a job for example. if you're out buying something at a store, and you ask one of the staff where the item is, if they respond "it's over there noob" , wouldn't that be rude & if they get complained against, wouldn't it lead to a warning/fire?
