not really. they've changed the suppression too.
tagging is different. it just looks the same in general but there's been alot of tweaking.

nothing can be said about the suppression.. in the bf3 demo they didnt use supression aswell. so that could still be way diffrent in the actual game.

it seems like they updated the shaders alot and the sun is less bright although still pretty bright. animations look identical but those could be placeholders as they could be still working on updated animation sets. they tried some new things with the new tagging system and side iron sights.

overall I dont think this is very good but it isnt bad ether. I wouldn't be surprized if EA pushed dice in releasing another battlefield so soon. The fact that bf4 was announced when not even the last bf3 expansion was released is really dissapointing...

It's easy for people to complain about a game when they don't know how much work goes into it.

For starters the graphics have been improved alot even if you don't realize it. Framerate is smoother, lighting is alot more realistic, and Animations are more fluid. Dice was most likely working on the frostbite 3 engine as soon as bf3 came out and maybe even before. There's usually more than 1 team working on more then 1 project. They simply don't work on one thing at a time, and 1 team doesn't NEED to be done before another. Right now you most likely have the majority working on bf4, while a skeleton crew of a team tweaks and fixes bugs.
