@Nickachu and Alex, here are the smudge settings.
Hard round brush 9px on 100% hardness and 56% strength.
Scattering on - Scatter 100%, Pen Pressure Control. Count 1. Count Jitter 100%, Control Off.
Transfer on - Strength Jitter on 100%, Control Off.
Also Smoothing checked.
That's it.
