Some dude came to skype said to me, open this image u'll laughing ur ass off how i dropped you mate with 11-0 , i was like huh? opened since then all my fgunz accs got hacked even non donor email / skype / MSN / forum acc, a real life friend told me to reset my pc to factory thats what i've do, now evrything goes great & no more things such as a CMD chat with, "i've trolled you never trust a internetnerd, bye bye accs" thats what that hacker told me with a CMD message.. each time i tried to PM any staff he closes my internet, thats why i decided to reset my pc, yeah sorry bad english.. YOLO

K, you need to delete the keylogger.

Control+Alt+Delete open task manager then click process and end processes that you don't know like for example csrss32*.exe (that could be a keylogger).

If you still don't understand post here, I'll find you a video that could help you.

NO, csrss32*.exe is since there is nothing like that which runs on the computer/laptop.
