Okay so after the update I re-booted my gunz and the updates installed then my launcher closed itself and removed itself from my computer, after that I installed it a few more times and it kept removing itself, after a few more times this kind of thing started happening for EVERY download mirror. http://gyazo.com/fd448e3b0d0405594d7afdda36e48fed

It loaded up to "Loading InterfaceSkin" then froze and uninstalled. I didn't have any form of anti-virus running or on.
EDIT: Tried to download the launcher again and this time in Chrome it says "Failed - Insufficient permissions"
