Actually I've seen blades that thick. They were used by Norwegians once, saw em at a museum.

there is no right and wrong in Texture, so sit down. i can use both with and without but no body cares.

I think the blade part is kinda thick on the top side. Also, the guard is a very smooth cylinder, either make a pretty one or lower the faces imo.

Good job overall, but I think you can do better.
