Yup, okay I agree my first thread was a little flaming, but my second one wasn't and it got deleted, it was the same exact thing as this one.....but really if it's something about a staff member its automatically to the delete or lock.

No one knows what a GM can do for the server until they are given the chance. Yes we have had some staff who have power abused and/or ignored their responsibilities, but they were removed. People can change when given power, no matter how they act beforehand.

A perfect example would be Stroop. He stated that he had no experience being a GM before he was hired. Now? Hiring Stroop was one of the best decisions the staff has ever made. He is the best GM FGunZ has ever had.

if i know who they are, they been here long enough to be staff.

if i ego them.... mmm.... usually i ego cuz their geyaskfk/suckatgunz or w/e.

if i dont ego them usually means they got something even i like about them.

yes, but if that is true and freestyle is "censorship" then they need to erase the "By Gamers For Gamers" and make it "By GMs For GMs"

But the big problem is the inactivity...
Most GMs are maybe HelpFull, loyal and other positif thingies...
Then they become inactive...and then they get fired...and then they cry why they got fired...
And you guys are dam lucky you got Stroop he's everthing in 1 o.o

before 2 months i was active as hell... now im active but more less.
WHY? real life (school, problems etc...)
im trying be online as much as i can. Motorola too. Stroop... He is best. He is online many hours everyday... But no all can be that often online like him.

We can't expect to keep the same GM's forever. When the time comes that they do become inactive, then the appropriate measures will be taken. We have to deal with the present and not the future.
