We can't expect to keep the same GM's forever. When the time comes that they do become inactive, then the appropriate measures will be taken. We have to deal with the present and not the future.

But they should say to their self and starting to think about; I'm getting so inactive and i didn't came on for 4 days and today i was only online for 30minutes...I think it's time to quit.

That's one of the big problems they don't think about that...They just do it for the reputation they get if they are online and the respect.
Instead of thinking they aren't helping the Crew only bullying it.

Our Crew leaders should take these actions faster.

if a gm is REALLY concerned about FGunz and not about themselves losing power; then the gm would not cry cuz they got kicked from GM spot, but would accept it gracefully, becuz they kno that they are no longer active to help the future and the present of FGunz

No one knows what a GM can do for the server until they are given the chance. Yes we have had some staff who have power abused and/or ignored their responsibilities, but they were removed. People can change when given power, no matter how they act beforehand.

A perfect example would be Stroop. He stated that he had no experience being a GM before he was hired. Now? Hiring Stroop was one of the best decisions the staff has ever made. He is the best GM FGunZ has ever had.

Uh yeah but stroop was actually around the forums for a while, he played in game for a while, he had time to get to know everyone. Most of the guys uh I never even seen before, the other part were infracted before. Also i'd like to know what gucci does in relevance to putting the client together/ keeping it up, besides being an enforcer of the rules. He seems like a global mod with head status is all it looks like without being updated.

Such as how
Sniper - Some coding, put the client together with McSic, ect.
Forsaken - Pay for the Servers our client uses.
McSic - Puts the Client together and Edits strings for weapons.
Gucci - ???
Girbicid - General Coding, Registration Site.
UkRaiNer - Founding Head, keeping people together.

I've been dien to say it but never have cause all these people say he holds a grudge, but I never cared I just didn't want to be annoyed when I logged on. Long story short these choices are strange. Strange as in could be a problem but with all these posts theyre gonna try hard (Most of them) But I wouldn't doubt one of them abuses and is a jerk to players.
