As Alex said, you should try and make it a little less obvious. I can see how you set it to scatter and made it just smudge an entire wallpaper, though it still looks nice. 7/10.

I wouldn't personally use the burn & dodge tools unless I absolutely have to.

About the text I'm pretty proud of what I've done on this signature, look at all my other signatures I've been trying to succeed, or they have no text or the text is even worse then this one..
And I've already removed the pattern/texture.. I like to work with renders such like this.

I thought they dodge tool would work out perfectly this time, since the lightning came from above and gave some more light on the shoulder & face.
Burned some things on the darker shadow things.

Needs bettor text meng. Add some c4ds or fractals just to make things around the focal have some life, then just blur out everything except the focal. And fix your lighting try to put some around the focal and play with the blending options and find out which works best. Add some gradient maps too and put it on softlight maybe. Overall ill rate this one 6.5/10
