Hi. Can anyone help me with this? I'm trying to donate but it says "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." when i have like $150 in my bank account. Im Using VISA.

Also I heard that it happens randomly and that it sometimes works again after a few hours.

According to some people it worked after 3 hours or so.
