I do not think that the Boston Marathon bombing was staged whatsoever, there were two explosions, people were injured, therefore there was an attack. With that said, I do not think that Dzhokar Tsarnaev is at fault (the younger brother), his former classmates, family, and friends called him an Angel and think that his older brother brainwashed him. His family also called the older brother a 'loser', saying that only he could do something like this.
