He always flames... nothing we can do, GMs never ban anyone for flaming all they get is a warning... if GMs took action and actually banned flamers then there'd be a lot less of them around.

Well considering he did ALOT of flaming, I'm going to give him a 7 day ban as a warning. If he continues, there should be further consequences. I hope this is better than just a plain warning.
I'm not sure that it's the appropriate action, however I feel it is, so if another GM has anything against it, please let me know.
