Im actually liking this font + glow...I can't pull off the gradient glow tho.
Prolly something im not aware of >< I thought you glowed the letters 1 by 1, but then i noticed its a perfect gradient..><

take a 200-300 soft brush and use each color and color it over the letters. Make sure some of the colors overlap, that's what gives the gradient-like effect. Then set the layer to "Color"
