I'm trying to get FCoins but when I try to donate with paypal $24.23 USD I click donate then the log in screen for paypal comes it.
I try to log in but this pops up

I do have enough funds, in my paypal.
What should I do?
Is there a email address I can send it too? With details
I tried to post it in donation section but it's private and I couldn't find the new thread button there.
