[Help - Runnable] FPS is low

My fps is always near like 150-180, I have a boss ass gfx card and a really nice power supply so I don't know why this is happening.

What FPS did you set at the options at the 1337 tab?

same case here and on 1337 optios its 500 how i make it allways 500 i got a good screen card and powerfull computer

I tried 250, 500, 1000. It's always the same.

yes listen when i alone its gos to 250-300 and when i see people shot or something or see alot of people on the map its became 150-100

I'd try reducing effect quality, and maybe character and background quality
