From the movements I've seen regarding to Mercilees seems like he is ucing/ocing.
The other guy, Which you stated he was shotbotting, Yep that tumble and that shot wasn't that legit, Although you can't prove he was shotbotting with one simple tumble / clip.

Let's say, This youtube clip was too obvious that he was ucing or ocing, I wouldn't even ban him or anything else due it's a youtube clip and it's not in the report section.
I was trying to point out something here, Then you come and try to destroy the person who is trying to say something.
Also, Did I say he's unlegit? No, Even if he sent me a replay clip with this, There wouldn't be enough evidence if it was as short as this.

Post a whole CW with him moving like that proving that it's not only a bug in the replay, or just post a replay with those lucky shots over and over again and i will believe you.
