Im actually not a Shonen show lover myself (I prefer cute girls doing cute things... my drug is moe), but Shingeki is f*cking awesome. Seriously, it is easily anime of this season, and if ~Monogatari fails, it could be anime of the year.

Just give the first episode a go and you will be hooked.

As for all the shows you posted, I am watching everything but Fairy Tail. Hentai Ouji was actually much better than what I thought it was going to be, a sweet surprise indeed.
