i am using avast antivirus. and i dont know if there might be another antivirus that im not aware of

Yes you should go into expert mode in Avast anti-virus add add launcher.exe, gunz.exe and gunz64.exe to the exception list of the real-time protection module.
im not seeing the expert mode or advance. I have the free Avast. Do i need to registered it?
ima uninstall the avast free antivirus and see what happen.

You should also add exceptions at the real-time shields and additional protection tab.
