Actualy yes,The sniper only needs to hit you once and his m8 can finish you off imidiatly ...No the sniper can kill you instantly while a sb kid needs to get to you to even achive a kill wich also could lead to the sb'rs dead.

1; -20% speed
2; 3 bullets each clip - each sniper.
3; You need to wait before every RS 1 - 1,5 seconds before you can shoot again (unlike shotgun spam)
4. It requers aim.
5. Shotgun is spray 11 bullets = 1 shot. Sniper = 1 ( well 2 but they are always aimed same spot it doesnt got spread - So it isnt spray )
