If the partner reports the hacker him/herself, no ban.
If the partner is blissfully ignoring the hacks, ban.
Either way, if the partner stays for the kills, he's supporting the hacks. Deserves a ban, imo.

No were in the TOS does it say fi u see a hacker report. If im wrong then it also dosnt say if u see a hacker and u dont report it you will get char delete+ possiable ban.He had no hacks only his friend. Therefor he did nothing wrong.
