This is kinda useless. Since the people which is in the Clanwar can't know that he uses hacks. And If he might know, You got no evidence that he knew it.

I was trying to make a point about that you should get banned if your playing with a hacker and decide to turn a blind eye on whats he doing and how his effecting the other players.
