after i start my gunz...at the selection of server i cant see any server and even the option menu..no word is display(including the server)...i had off my firewall and anti virus...pls help me

Your IP is not banned so I assume your firewall or anti-virus is still blocking it.
Which anti-virus are you using? For some AV's it's not enough to just turn it off, some require you to add exceptions.

i using symantec antivirus..i cant find any exception in the anti virus
