First, your in-game evidence shows nothing at all.
He is just trying to sell limit.
Secondly, your facebook evidence can't help us because we can't know in 100% that your talking with the same person.
In my opinion, this should be declined unless you got more evidence.

If you've given the 100/200 coins to that user and didn't receive limit breaker PM Dave and I'm sure he'll help you with the situation.

As for facebook, nothing proofs to us that it was the person from in-game.
