[Help - Other] Random mouse scroll

So basicly when i try to scroll down sometimes it goes up out of nowhere and the same if i go up it goes down . When i ingame i cant even play normal because it will scroll the opposite way and it is anoying as **** . I resetted my pc before this happened but didnt work . I had the same with my previous mouse but i bought a new one and it worked perfectly fine untill now . If any1 know hows to fix it will get reward.
