I Have Problem When I'm Start GunZ

When i Click Play Now ( Start Game ) I SEE : fail to initialize DirectX
Why ? Can You Help me ?

Re install directX
Update DirectX '' Not sre but i think its v9 or w/e '

Close FGunZ, delete the config.xml file and try again.
If that fails, set FULLSCREEN to FALSE in the config.xml file and start FGunZ.

Did you try updating your graphics card? Worked for me when I had this problem a while back.
