Upload your Mlog and corresponding dump file please.
Thats my Mlog and im pretty sure this is my dump file it appears in my freestyle gunz folder after every crash http://www.sendspace.com/file/vy0nn9 please help!

Update your drivers, and check for any updates to DirectX.
I've seen and had this error myself. I cannot explain it but a quick fix is to go into options -> video -> disable everything except lightmap.
GunZ should now no longer crash when you shoot. Updating DirectX should fix it as linear said.
