User is not shotbotting, you can see in a particular round where you were talking and he actually aimed at you, he didn't shoot. Yes, it could be that he toggle it off, but he couldn't toggle it off that fast while moving.
Apart from the sentence above, he missed couple of shots, and I didn't notice any sign of shotbot, so I have to say no for shotbot, user has just a good aim.

We can see how he missed some shots (how do I know that? because ping distance etc...?).

In my opinion the user is not shobotting. Besides i saw no signs of shotbotting (Tumbling, AirFighting, etc.) There was one point where i had suspected him which was between the 2nd-3rd round where he'd aim you & he'd mess up with with his dashing to switch with his gun, But i guess it's usual as it happens with tumbles often.

He aimed at the floor near me, not at me and it was a hit. He spammed and he didn't have a single miss...

No for shotbot. There were some parts that he just aimed at you and didn't shoot. Althought he barely missed, i must say no for shotbot.
