I say give him a chance, hes not that bad of a guy, he was usually pretty chill around me and i honestly found him funny so....
Also theres already plenty of people on the server as bad or worse or close to as bad who are not banned and get to talk all they want. Its been a long time since his mute, i dont think he would risk getting muted again. Point is there is literally NO NEGATIVES to him getting unmuted, simply remute if he trolls again, keep unmuted if it ends up he has changed.
