He has hurt and caused too many problems in this community for him to come back.

I'd kindly ask that you say on topic, stating you say "no" and not giving any reasons does not contribute to the discussion at hand.
Please provide valid reasons besides "the reasons above", and the fact that you have come back after a certain amount of months just to say no is even more irrelevant, if anything it just proves your biases, because if you haven't been around for the past 6 months, you're probably extremely outdated on what's happening here at FGunz.

i personally thought of andy as annoying, but honestly he has been dedicated to this server even tho he is muted.. proving his maturity. it must he difficult for him to not talk, especially for such an extended period of time. i would say to unmute him and if things get out of hand again then he will recieve a permanent ban, with no unban appeal being accepted thereafter. this will force him to stay calm, and not takr things too far. just my opinion
