i vote yes because i personally know andy and hes actually really mature, he's fun to talk to, the only thing that he's playful and you guys take that as "trolling"

Exactly, all these randoms (no offence) who don't even know Andy are giving their rubbish opinion just because they dislike Andy and have nothing better to do with their lives then hate on people.
If you think Andy is annoying (which he is not) use the IGNORE function in game, that's why we have it.
Andy is a changed man and even if he did troll people, who gives a shit, everyone does it. You all need to get over yourself, seriously.
He was banned for trolling, not breaking any real rules, like hacking or being unlegit or flaming.
If you don't like him, that''s fine, I'm sure we could all care less, Andy is not getting re-banned so calm down all you haters.
However, I strongly believe he should be unmuted and be able to prove his new found maturity. And even if he doesn't just mute him again or ignore him in game.
I think people are forgetting that it's a game after all, people troll, people do shit that will get you angry, it is NOT real life. There are no mute functions in that shit, get over it or live a life of anger and hate towards the world that you have little to no control over.

TL;DR,
the bottom line is you all need to relax, it's just a game and Andy deserves to be able to talk in it, and if you don't want him to, then ignore him. Everyone trolls.
