Anti Lead means that is doesnt matter what ping the other person has
(In Igunz you have to lead it means you have to aim at the part where the person is on his own PC) ( hard to explain LOLZ)

i believe the way anti-lead works is the engine was modified to where if the hit counter goes off, it does actual damage. Now, with lead, you have to account for ping differences. 70 ping is about a half body lead, so you shoot in front of the player the equivalent to half a body.
yea and the reason of that is Distance lagg
When the char is moving The way he moves on your screen hes 0.1sec slower to move to the spot LOL
