As a first try I'd give it a 4/10
Your mistakes are quite common to those who are newbies to editing
-When making cinematics, make sure they're moving, not stable and aren't random
-When editing, make sure you have the best render settings, look on youtube fo rit
-When editing a frag, make sure you show off kills such as air fight, 2v1, solo, etc.
-When syncing, make sure the gun shot sound you have is elaborate and is not noticable for the watcher, the one you made was ridiculous in my opinion
-When editing, add CC (Color Correction) need any tips in that? PM me your skype and I'll help you
-When editing, less use of slow mos would make it professional, you used quite a lot of slow mos
