There is literally no music without copyright. There may be songs that have free to use licenses on them (say a Creative Commons License), but at any time the creator could easily just pull that license and say "I want fcking royalties now bitches". As long as you can prove you made the song, it is yours.

On that note here is a website created entirely of songs under Creative Commons Licenses, it is a fairly good resource.
