I just think Cobra is more understanding and lenient when I lurk through the player reports and forums.

Hmm lets check. Let me put his latest reply to a report:

The user is not advertising, it's like saying "facebook.com", doesn't mean he's advertising facebook.
Also I see no reason why the user said "gamerzneed.net", if the user would say "gamerzneed" for ex: go there and download blablabla, would get muted or even banned depending on the consequences.

Actually, advertising is ban, instant ban, regardless of the consequences. Muting an advertiser isn't the solution.
