Besides, yours was more of an "epic final battle" than a "kick-ass moment".
A character has to do ONE action that's just badass to the max. It doesn't have to be realistic either.
Nikachu's video has a good example of a kick-ass moment.

Airbender isn't an anime, it is considered western animation. It does have a lot of features of anime, but meh, some things don't fit (I look it as a accolade to eastern animation).

@Wucas: I might have to disagree. The definition of Anime: A style of animation developed in Japan. If it's made by Americans it doesn't make it less of an anime. But I do agree Avatar is not quite anime-ish. It just doesn't have the same amount of expression, which has always been kind of a signature for anime.
