there clans have 200 wins +, so 200 coins? unfairly for Owner of server,BTW whos owner of this server?

you get - coins each times you lose, those clans lose coins aswell. You wanna earn 200 coins, go make a 200 cw streak, then yes.

Anyways, dont forget about the points calculation. There should be a table with crossed values that make for example:
Lets say if a clan with 1000 pts beats rank 1 clan = 3 coins
if rank 1 clan loses to 1000 pts clan = -3 coins.

This is just values that come to my mind right now, if this will be implemented there should be a better analysis of the situation to make it efficient.

its about getting more cw's active, but if they keep losing it wont be fun, and may result into ragequit of cw, which causes less cw's '-'

wins or losses shouldn't affect your fun.
if it is affecting it, then a new reward system would make no difference. no amount of prizes will increase your "fun" so you're contradicting yourself there.
