Yo. Been honing my skills with Ezreal lately.. still trying to learn items. Anyone who has some knowledge of Ezreal care to give me some tips? from starting items to progressing.

no, and that build is only good in certain situations. 1.elder lizard 2.manamune 3.boots 4.iceborn 5.lw 6. bt

So the first item i'm going to pick up is ionian?

No.

The first item you buy is Tear of the goddes, the items stacks mana using abilities. Then you get get your luci boots and evolve your tear into a manamune. Whith the manamune all autoattacks, not only skills, will evolve your tear. When the tear is maxed, it'll upgrade and become an active item and you can deal magnificent amounts of damage. Then get your ice borns and lw. From there on, you can decide if you go with a defensive item. These always are situational, depending on the enemy team. You either get a guardian angel or QSS. You can ofcourse get a blade of the ruined king, but a blue build EZ is in my opinion a kite build, not a straight on duelist.

Ezreal blue build isn't that good late game in my opinion.
Also you mix your items, as what slug said; start with Tear of the Godess -> then partly build elder lizard/boots -> finish Manamune -> finish elder/ start Icegaunts -> Last wisp -> BOTRK
