Ezreal blue build isn't that good late game in my opinion.
Also you mix your items, as what slug said; start with Tear of the Godess -> then partly build elder lizard/boots -> finish Manamune -> finish elder/ start Icegaunts -> Last wisp -> BOTRK

Blue EZ is one of the best lategame ADC. Your disengage, but as well your engage is very good. And your 1v1 potential is better then any other adc.

Depends, most games I see an blue ezreal they lack skill, there fore they need more dmg to stop getting feed.
So in general it is bad, only if you know how to play Ezreal it would be good.
