The amount of faces is ridiculously high. And I believe they're stretched textures? Maybe show wireframes / textures more closely.

Too bad I couldn't see the VE/FA of all your models, mind posting them / post a wireframe as well (what slugheady requested).
This way we could you give some pointers for yourself to improve on.

Yeah thats true the VE/FA is not there I'm sorry and i don't have the items on this pc right now so i cant post them with the VE/FA But im sure the VE is not high
